James Faasau
STATE REPRESENTATIVE LEGISLATIVE DISTRICT 19 SEAT B
James Faasau is a first-generation American and proud Idahoan. James has dedicated his life to serving this country. He is a former infantry Marine and Naval Aviator who retired after 23 years of military service. James has worked as a contract pilot, commercial airline pilot, and national aviation program manager for the government. In 2021 he refused the vaccine and was forced to resign from his career as an airline pilot. In 2022 he refused the vaccine and was forced to retire from the Navy. He is a conservative who believes in individual liberties such as the ones our forefathers envisioned and established. He believes in Idaho’s exceptionalism and will fight for the issues most important to Idahoans:
- Lower taxes and a robust economy
- Oppose government overreach and mandates
- Keep Marxism out of schools
- Protect the Right to Life
- Protect our Second Amendment rights
- Promote small business growth
- Champion the needs of Idahoans over special interest groups
TOP 3 ISSUES
ISSUE 1
Taxes – Idahoans are being overtaxed even though there is $1B+ in state surplus money. We need property tax relief and to eliminate the grocery tax.
ISSUE 2
Government Overreach – the decision making by our current administration is against the best interest of Idahoans. We need to ensure freedom of choice regarding pandemics/health emergencies.
ISSUE 3
Marxism in our schools – Critical Race Theory is finding its way into our schools and libraries. We need legislators that will vote to protect our kids from socialist agendas.
